You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at info@blacksilkcoffee.com.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our coffee, we do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.

We roast fresh for every order. You stay in full control.
