Política de envío

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, and are also closed during all major holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Any order received just before or during will be roasted and shipped after.

We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Black Silk Coffee Co is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address. If we notice or are notified about an address issue through our software, we will make every attempt to contact you in order to get an updated or new shipping address. 

All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. 

Black Silk Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.
